Description: Responsible for leading the design and architecture of the payroll module(s) in Workday Manage, develop, and consult with functional teams including benefits and time tracking Provide technical leadership to the project team by evaluating technical alternatives Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and policies Review feedback from stakeholders to implement solutions Oversee the configuration moves across environments Plan and apply the Workday releases to keep the system updated Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field 3+ years of experience configuring Workday payroll Detailed understanding & extensive experience in implementation of large-scale transformation projects in HR Excellent oral communication along with strong written skills Ability to set expectations and deliver the development across the Workday configuration team Good understanding of estimation methodologies Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills Benefits: Health insurance Life and disability 401(k) contributions Paid time off Employee Assistance Program Employee Resource Groups Employee Service Corp Apply Job!
