Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple server farms, supervising a rotating crew of engineering technicians who provide 24/7/365 on‑site support.
- Conduct capacity planning, performance analysis, and predictive modeling to anticipate growth and proactively address bottlenecks.
- Implement and maintain layered security controls, performing regular audits of cloud‑based and on‑premise environments to ensure compliance with arenaflex security frameworks.
- Drive incident response and root‑cause analysis for hardware failures, network outages, and environmental incidents, producing actionable remediation plans.
