Senior International Tax Advisor for Cross-Border Structuring

We're a small growing boutique advisory helping entrepreneurs and investors reduce their taxes. Our core philosophy is simple: Live smart onshore, incorporate offshore, bank and hold assets where they’re safest. We’re looking for a senior international tax advisor who already works in this world and can help design practical, compliant structures for founders in the UK/US/EU and beyond. Most of our clients are first-time movers, not giant corporates, so clear communication matters as much as technical depth. What we’re looking for ✅ Deep experience with international tax and cross-border structuring for entrepreneurs or SMEs (not just mega-corporates) ✅ Comfortable combining onshore residency, offshore companies and international banking in a coherent, defensible plan ✅ Strong understanding of corporate structuring, holding companies, asset protection and risk separation ✅ Familiar with common jurisdictions such as BVI, Jersey, Hong Kong, Cayman and similar, and how they interact with UK/US/EU tax rules ✅ Able to join Zoom calls with the founder and clients to explain strategy and answer deeper questions in plain English Huge bonus You can provide introductions of CSPs, formation agents or banks you trust in specific jurisdictions, please mention which (e.g. BVI, Jersey, HK, Cayman, UAE, etc.) You can share a few examples of low/zero tax structures you’ve designed for online businesses Not a fit if ❌ You do not understand offshore/onshore combinations, CFC issues or how personal residency interacts with company location ❌ You cannot show any concrete examples of real client structures you’ve worked on Compensation & setup Freelance / per-engagement to start, with a clear fee per client strategy project. If we work well together and we are sending you consistent clients, we are open to discussing a longer-term or full-time arrangement.
