Position Overview The Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) for Retail Sales in Texas will be the strategic champion for our high‑impact retail partners. Essential Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of proven, fact‑based selling experience within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. - Demonstrated success managing key retail accounts, preferably with a portfolio of national or regional brands. - Strong analytical capabilities with hands‑on experience interpreting IRI, Nielsen, or comparable market data. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills—able to influence senior retail stakeholders. - Willingness and physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically for product handling and in‑store activation activities. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (safe driving history is strongly preferred). - Eligibility to work in the United States on an indefinite basis.
