Compensation: ₹3,35,000 per month

Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant with excellent authoring capabilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to design and configure end-to-end supply chain planning solutions. You will work directly with global clients, lead requirement discussions, define solution designs, and drive implementation activities in RapidResponse.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & configure complex Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions using strong authoring skills
Analyze and solve complex business problems for global clients
Translate business requirements into functional & technical configurations
Lead supply chain planning discussions and provide consulting expertise
Create user stories, project plans & solution design documents
Provide effort estimates for complex tasks
Draft client proposals, objectives, and project action plans
Engage in customer liaison activities to ensure project success
Build thought leadership viewpoints on supply chain trends
Present solutions effectively with strong communication skills
Thrive in cross-cultural, dynamic, and fast-paced environments
Requirements
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse
Excellent Authoring and configuration skills in RapidResponse
Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning processes
Ability to design end-to-end RR solutions
Strong analytical, writing & presentation skills
Ability to work directly with clients in a consulting capacity
Experience creating SOPs, functional specs, solution designs & proposals
