About the Role:

As a Senior Leadership Architect, you will lead client-facing teams in client development and
design, and deliver leadership development programs in large, global organizations. You will facilitate transformational journeys that enable top teams and leaders at all levels to harness the full potential of their mind and lead with both humanity and performance.

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, and you are living in a US or EU time zone. A dedicated contemplative practice is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture. We walk our talk.
