Excellence in our work will help to advance the standard of care for patients.The purpose of the Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy and Execution position for US Structural Heart is to drive Commercial Excellence for the national field sales organization. The role reports to the Director, Global Commercial Excellence. The individual selected for this position will drive operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration to help achieve national sales goals. This role will collaborate with US sales leadership team on development of annual operating plan, field territory optimization, customer segmentation, product launch readiness, and ongoing field sales execution.What You’ll Work OnServe as thought partner to Divisional Vice President, US Structural Heart to shape sales leadership team’s strategic priorities and field execution. Drive initiatives for customer segmentation, territory optimization, performance tracking and continuous improvement of salesforce effectiveness.Establish credibility for process optimization. Act as a liaison to help other Structural Heart functions both support and access the field selling organization.
