Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Corporate Alliances Strategy will lead the development of strategic partnerships and alliances that drive business growth and revenue for The Walt Disney Company. This role will require a unique blend of strategic thinking, financial analysis, and relationship-building skills to identify, structure, and execute partnerships that meet the company's business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business results and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships and alliances that drive business growth and revenue for The Walt Disney Company
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to identify potential partnership opportunities and evaluate their feasibility and impact
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies, including marketing, sales, and product development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze market, company, and audience data to inform partnership strategies
- Develop and present executive-ready presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience with demonstrated career progression into leadership
- 3+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, brand management, and/or product management
- Advanced analytical skills, including forecasting, opportunity/market sizing, trend analysis, and financial modeling
- Experience independently managing complex, cross-functional projects and leading teams of varying levels
- Ability to craft executive-ready presentations and interface with executive leadership
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive to an answer, with a strong sense of curiosity and a passion for learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with VBA
- Experience with Tableau databases and proficiency in SQL
- Experience with partnership marketing, sponsorship contracting, and co-brand marketing agreements
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and familiarity with survey writing/analysis
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $151,000 - $184,100 per year
