About the Global Digital Customer Experience Organization

The Global Digital Customer Experience (DCX) organization is a key area of focus for growth within arenaflex, with significant investment in transforming and optimizing our digital proposition and capabilities. Our digital customer experience is crucial to driving direct revenue, cost savings, and overall customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction. As a Senior Manager in this organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the continued strategy for the Digital Customer Experience team by analyzing customer engagement and measuring performance through digital analytics tools.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Digital Analytics and Customer Insights team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives by providing insightful and critical business insights to Senior Leadership on a regular basis. You will lead a team of two full-time direct reports, one focused on Digital Analytics and the other on gathering Customer Insights through internal and external qualitative and quantitative research.
