Key Responsibilities: Driving Business Growth through Financial Expertise
- Investigate the potential impacts of strategic business initiatives and transactions on supplier financials, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Interpret financial and operational supplier performance to identify business risks and opportunities, developing financial tools to streamline decision-making.
- Partner with internal and external clients to develop long-range goals, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts, driving improved financial outcomes for Target.
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews to evaluate, influence, and drive financial outcomes, leveraging your expertise to shape business strategy.
- Develop process improvements using strategic problem-solving skills, driving efficiency and progress across FP&A.
- Build, coach, and mentor a strong team of analysts, fostering a culture of transparency, efficiency, and progress.
About You: The Ideal Candidate
To excel as a Senior Manager FP&A, National Brand Finance, you'll need:
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Finance or a Business-related area; an MBA is a plus but not required.
- 6+ years of finance and business experience, with a proven track record of driving financial results and informing business strategy.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a team-focused approach.
- A self-starter with the ability to navigate complex problems and comfort with ambiguity.
