Senior Manager, Global Evidence & Outcomes

The Senior Manager, Global Evidence & Outcomes is responsible for executing GEO strategies through the design, conduct, and analyses of real-world evidence studies, including epidemiological and outcomes research studies, development of predictive models, and selection, development, and validation of clinical outcomes assessment (COA) endpoints. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, managing research partners, and communicating scientific findings to internal and external audiences. Requirements Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as health services research, health outcomes research, epidemiology, pharmacy administration, public health, economics, statistics or decision sciences 3 years of practical experience in performing epidemiology and outcomes research and/or COAs Strong technical expertise in design and conduct of observational studies, predictive modeling or COAs Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a multicultural and cross functional team environment Ability to communicate scientific evidence with strong written and verbal presentation skills Benefits U.S. Base Salary Range: $137,000.00 - $215,270.00 Short-term and/or long-term incentives Medical, dental, vision insurance 401(k) plan and company match Short-term and long-term disability coverage Basic life insurance Tuition reimbursement program Paid volunteer time off Company holidays Well-being benefits 80 hours of sick time per calendar year 120 hours of paid vacation Originally posted on Himalayas
