As a Senior Manager, Private Brand Management, you'll be responsible for managing multiple creative projects and events that bring the Member's Mark brand to life across various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities: Bringing Member's Mark to Life
- Manage multiple creative projects and events from concept to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery that meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Drive consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials, including print and digital assets, to reinforce the Member's Mark brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, brand creative team, marketing, and suppliers to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines.
- Oversee photoshoots and prop styling, ensuring all elements are coordinated and executed according to project requirements to showcase Member's Mark products in the best light.
- Manage invoices and expenses related to creative projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget to maintain financial discipline.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met and any issues are resolved promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in creative project management and event planning to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong academic background that prepares you for the demands of this role.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in brand development and management, developing creative briefs, marketing, or a related area, with a proven track record of success.
- 3+ years of experience in creative project management or event planning, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and accomplishments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project goals.
- Experience with invoice management and budget tracking, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
- Familiarity with photography and prop styling, including lighting, composition, and styling techniques, to ensure high-quality visual assets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to new software and tools as needed.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of judgment and decision-making skills.

- A salary range of $90,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
