Job Description:
• Leading a team of managers and buyers who support Mod Centers across PWA.
• Supporting the purchases of Consumables, Facilities, Services, Development Ops, Digital Technologies (DT) software, hardware, and services, Materials Process Engineering (MPE), Instrumentation & Machine and Tool Services (MTS), and tooling.
• Executing on business requirements that include owning all PWA OEM purchasing for non-BOM material.
• Providing leadership and direction with emphasis on change management.
• Owning and developing critical strategic and operational goals that have significant impact to the achievement of results.
Requirements:
• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.
