Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to support Product function and influence strategic decision-making. This role involves financial modeling, forecasting, resource allocation, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, modeling, and business partnering skills, with experience in SaaS and/or usage-based business models, and ideally a background in financial modeling. This is a remote-first position reporting to the Head of Finance within the product function. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field 10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting 2-4 years of experience in the strategic finance function within a late-stage / high-growth tech or public company environment Experience in SaaS, preferably with a usage-based business model component Excellent business partnering skills, particularly with non-financial leaders Strong working ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Advanced modeling skills, including understanding of bottoms-up financial modeling Ability to jump into ambiguous questions with data Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau) Originally posted on Himalayas
