I am looking for a serious, experienced marketing professional with a formal academic background in marketing or business.
❌ This is NOT a “get rich quick”, funnel-hacking, hype-driven role. If your vocabulary includes “I’ll scale your funnel to 50M in 14 days” or "I scaled Business X from 10k to 100 M in one year", this is not for you.
German is probably needed for this role - AI translations won't do the job. However i am able to interpret english strategies and I am not sure yet. A German Native or fluent speaker is certainly prefered.
I am explicitly looking for someone who has studied marketing, understands theory, research, positioning and strategy, and applies it pragmatically in real businesses.
Your task is to develop a solid, well-founded marketing strategy based on real analysis – not templates.
We are a well-established German company with extensive experience in designing and building premium wood-frame houses.
Our next strategic focus is the launch and positioning of exclusive, high-end wooden pavilions for private gardens and backyards, starting at €25,000+.
Manufacturing is fully set up, reference projects are available, and we already have real-world customer installations successfully completed.
Your role includes:
- Target group research & segmentation
- Buyer personas (based on data, not assumptions)
- Messaging & tone of voice development
- Market & competitor analysis
- Value proposition & positioning
- Strategic channel selection (not “be everywhere”)
- Clear marketing logic: why this message, why this audience, why this channel
This is strategic groundwork, not execution-heavy campaign management. No Hands-on, we have Online Marketing Manager who does the setup of campaigns
What I am explicitly NOT looking for
- “Growth hackers”
- Funnel copy-paste experts
- Bro-marketing / hype language
- Fake case studies
- TikTok gurus & crypto-style marketing
- “I learned marketing from YouTube” profiles
Required qualifications
Please apply only if you meet at least most of the following:
University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or similar
Strong understanding of classic & modern marketing theory
Strategic thinking, not tactic hopping
Ability to explain decisions logically and clearly
Clean, professional communication (no hype language)
Experience working with real businesses (SME or mid-size)
Nice to have (but not required)
- Experience in consulting or agency strategy roles
- Background in market research or brand strategy
- German Language
- Experience with European / DACH markets
- Ability to document strategy in structured frameworks
I value:
- substance over speed
- clarity over buzzwords
- logic over promises
If you are a real marketing professional, you will feel at home here.
