As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving success through targeted marketing communications, creative briefs, and robust marketing strategies that generate plan adoption and revenue.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, manage critical advertising agency partners, and develop end-to-end promotional campaigns that drive business results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing targeted marketing communications to retain our Wireless customer base
- Creating strategic creative briefs and evaluating creative ideas and concepts
- Managing advertising agency partners and implementing complete digital and traditional marketing plans
- Developing test strategies, measuring performance, and making strategic recommendations to improve creative and program performance
- Presenting recommendations to senior leadership and peer groups, and gaining alignment across work groups to implement changes
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience using MS Office Suite and Google Suite
Preferred qualifications include:
- A degree in Marketing, Market Research, or an MBA
- Experience working with internal or external marketing or advertising agencies
- Confident verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities
- Experience with campaign automation tools, digital trends, and key business drivers
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $114,000 - $212,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
