Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior MedTech Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across critical roles within the MedTech ecosystem, including R&D, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, and related technical and commercial functions.

This role requires deep expertise in MedTech talent markets, a strong understanding of regulatory and product lifecycles, and a proven ability to deliver high-impact talent in competitive, highly specialized environments.
