Role Overview
The Senior Operations Process Manager will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of store‑operations processes across designated regions. Reporting to the Operations Strategy leadership team, you will partner with cross‑functional stakeholders—including field leaders, business analysts, technology partners, and senior executives—to design, implement, and scale process improvements that directly impact store performance, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction. This is a high‑visibility, remote role that requires strategic thinking, data‑driven decision‑making, and the ability to influence without direct authority. You will lead a small team of Business Analysts, guiding them to deliver actionable insights and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis & Design: Dissect complex operational challenges, identify root causes, and develop streamlined solutions that align with careerzynith’s strategic objectives.
- Project Leadership: Own the planning, execution, and governance of core store‑operations projects, creating detailed work plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong, trust‑based partnerships with field teams, store managers, and senior leadership to ensure initiatives are grounded in real‑world needs.
- Data‑Driven Insight Generation: Conduct multi‑dimensional analyses of industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and consumer behavior to produce high‑impact recommendations.
- Change Management: Lead the rollout of new processes, training programs, and communication plans, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor project health, troubleshoot roadblocks, and coordinate rapid response actions for unanticipated store needs.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate a team of 2‑5 Business Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain an up‑to‑date repository of operational best practices, SOPs, and performance metrics for easy reference across the organization.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver executive‑level presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for decision‑makers.
- Travel & Field Presence: Undertake occasional overnight travel (less than 10% of the time) to observe store environments, conduct on‑site assessments, and strengthen field relationships.

- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in retail operations, process management, or a comparable field.
