Sr. Pricing Analyst Are you driven by a passion for innovative, high impact strategies that directly shape the success of Walt Disney World? As a part of the Pricing team responsible for Resorts Pricing & Promotions, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in transforming substantial pricing and product strategies. Your work will directly contribute to Walt Disney World’s long-term success by driving impactful pricing strategies, technology developments, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize value. This role requires deep curiosity, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen understanding of how various departments and lines of Business intersect to bring impactful strategies to life. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement data driven pricing strategies to optimize hotel pricing and promotions, contributing to revenue growth and long-term success. • Perform detailed financial and data modeling to analyze the impact of pricing strategies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Legal, Technology, and Operations) to align pricing initiatives with broader business objectives and ensure seamless execution. • Support the development and execution of high impact pricing projects, driving efficiency and optimizing speed to market. • Create clear and actionable insights from complex data sets to support decision making across various leadership teams. Qualifications Please apply if you have: • 3-5 years of relevant business analytics experience. • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey data and analysis to partners at all levels. • Data analytics experience and expertise in associated database applications (e.g., Snowflake, SQL and Tableau, SAS) with aptitude to write queries and build complex financial models in Excel. • Curiosity and a natural drive to understand the “why” behind business performance, coupled with a commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment. • A solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and ownership. Preferred Qualifications: • Pricing and/or revenue management experience • Knowledge of Disney Theme Park & Resorts operations, business units, and product offerings • Business acumen with proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated leadership experience Education: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or another quantitative field (or equivalent experience). • Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
