Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate pricing for new and existing clients across all segments, ensuring timely, accurate, and profitable pricing.
- Develop and refine pricing models to provide business insights and competitive pricing for clients.
- Identify risks and opportunities within deal structures, enabling business leaders to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Client Success, Sales Solutions, Human Capital, Operations, Finance, and Technology, to drive the best results for clients and the business.
- Leverage process and technology to improve the accuracy and timeliness of priced models for current and prospective clients.
- Develop and deliver management reports, providing ad-hoc reporting to business leaders on profitability drivers by client, program, and location.
- Research location-specific cost structures and model what-if pricing scenarios.
- Project-manage multiple stakeholders to achieve ideal pricing approaches for individual deals, balancing market competitiveness with profitability.
- Work with stakeholders to identify gaps between price-to-win and assumed cost, and close that gap for individual deals and overall selling approach.
- Update client pricing for renewals, CPI, Fx updates, and other changes.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed as a Senior Pricing Analyst at TTEC, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
- 3-5 years of financial analysis experience, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of MS Excel functionality and formulas, including VLOOKUP, INDEX, Pivot Tables, Combined P&L models, and complex calculations.
- Comfort with using technology and web-based systems to solve business problems.
- Experience in B2B technology, business services, and/or outsourcing (useful).
- Experience supporting international markets and sellers across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with all levels of management.
- Experience with Hyperion reporting and Oracle (a plus).
- Experience with Salesforce.com (helpful).
