careerzynith is seeking an experienced, visionary leader to own the design and execution of our Customer Data & Identity platform across AdTech channels. In this senior role you will shape the data architecture that enables hyper‑personalized marketing, drives revenue growth, and safeguards customer privacy. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Compliance—to translate complex data into actionable insights that power targeted campaigns on demand‑side platforms (DSPs) and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define, design, and implement a scalable, secure customer identity framework aligned with careerzynith’s strategic objectives.
- Data Integration: Consolidate disparate data sources—CRM, loyalty, booking, and third‑party feeds—into a unified customer profile using industry‑standard identity graphs (e.g., UID 2.0, Match ID).
- Privacy & Compliance: Ensure all data handling complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulations; embed consent management and data‑governance controls into the platform.
- Innovation & Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging AdTech trends, data‑exchange standards, and identity solutions; proactively evolve the architecture to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with Marketing, Product, IT, and Analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Performance Optimization: Implement real‑time data pipelines, low‑latency APIs, and cloud‑native services (AWS, Google Cloud) to support high‑throughput advertising workloads.
- Mentorship & Team Building: Lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, architects, and analysts; foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for data quality, campaign effectiveness, and system reliability; provide regular executive dashboards.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing large‑scale data architecture solutions.
- At least 3 years leading initiatives focused on customer identity, segmentation, and profiling.
- Deep expertise in AdTech ecosystems, including programmatic advertising, DSPs, and data‑exchange standards.
- Proven track record with identity resolution technologies (UID 2.0, Match ID, etc.) and data‑clean‑room concepts.
- Strong understanding of risk and security considerations for advanced advertising, including encryption, tokenization, and consent management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and modern data processing frameworks (Kafka, Spark, Flink).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities; capable of translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
