Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Exhibits and Activations Status: Exempt Reports To: Director of Project Management Location: Remote (U.S.) | Requires Travel FT/PT: Full Time Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 plus incentives About the Role ON Services is seeking a seasoned, client-focused professional to join our Exhibits & Activations team as a Senior Project Manager. This hybrid role combines the relationship-building expertise of an Account Manager with the operational and technical skills of a Project Manager to deliver high-end, immersive exhibit and activation experience for some of the world’s leading brands. This senior-level position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments and brings deep industry knowledge to every project. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing seamless and professional experiences from concept through execution. • Build trust and long-term partnerships by understanding client needs, goals, and brand standards. Project Planning and Execution • Collaborate with clients, designers, and internal teams to develop technical specifications and project scopes. • Oversee quoting, budgeting and project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and company standards. • Specify technical equipment and crewing needs to support flawless execution of exhibits and activations. • Manage on-site logistics and provide hands-on leadership during installation, execution and dismantle phases. Team Coordination • Work closely with design, fabrication, warehouse, and technical teams to align all aspects of project delivery. • Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track and within budget. Qualifications & Experience • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the events industry with Exhibits focus, and a proven track record managing complex, high-profile projects. • Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment, scenic elements and production logistics. • Proficiency in CAD or similar platforms for reading and interpreting technical drawings. • Experience with beCAD (beMatrix platform) is also preferred. • Experience with inventory management systems; familiarity with Intellievent Lightning is a plus. • Highly client-focused with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Meticulously organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines • The ability to travel as needed for on-site project management (domestic and potentially international).
