If you're passionate about outcomes and inspired by the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare infrastructure, we want you on our best-in-class team.   ABOUT THE ROLE  The Senior Project Manager, Seniors Housing Operations will lead and coordinate cross-functional technology and process initiatives that support Welltower’s Yardi platform and associated modules (Voyager, P2P, CRM, EHR, Maintenance IQ, etc.). This role manages projects from definition through implementation, ensuring delivery of scalable, efficient solutions aligned with Welltower’s broader business strategy. In addition to project management responsibilities, this position will serve as a strategic partner and chief of staff-style resource for the VP, Accounting Operations, supporting executive priorities, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and ensuring alignment between operational goals and enterprise strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-driven environment, demonstrates ownership of outcomes, and can balance structured project management with high-level executive support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Project Management Own end-to-end project management, including scope definition, due diligence, planning, execution, and closeout of projects tied to Yardi Voyager, CRM, EHR, P2P, and Maintenance IQ. Partner with Operations, Property Accounting, and Clinical/CRM teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable project plans. Coordinate with Yardi, third-party consultants, and vendors to execute implementations, system enhancements, and custom configurations. Manage project budgets, track internal/external resource allocation, and provide updates to Finance and senior leadership. Lead stakeholder meetings, status reporting, and communication of risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and data security standards during system implementations. Drive change management efforts including training programs, user communications, and adoption strategies. Oversee system testing, bug tracking, and resolution in partnership with technical teams. Monitor ROI of project deliverables using KPIs, dashboards, and user feedback, ensuring projects deliver measurable business value. Champion continuous improvement by standardizing processes, optimizing resident and operator journeys, and aligning workflows across modules. Chief of Staff / Executive Administrator Support Act as a trusted advisor and key point of coordination for the VP, WBS Operator Success, helping to set priorities and manage executive initiatives. Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate leadership meetings by setting agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-up execution. Coordinate across departments to align VP-level goals with operational projects and Welltower’s broader strategy. Serve as a communication bridge between the VP, and internal/external partners, ensuring transparency and accountability. Anticipate issues or needs for the VP and proactively develop solutions or recommendations. Support execution of special projects and strategic initiatives beyond Yardi, as directed by the VP. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS  Skills / Specialized Knowledge Strong project management skills with ability to manage portfolios of work across multiple systems and functions. Executive-level organizational and administrative capabilities, including managing priorities, communications, and initiatives for senior leadership. Solid understanding of Yardi (Voyager, CRM, EHR, P2P, Maintenance IQ) or similar enterprise systems. Familiarity with accounting, clinical workflow, CRM/resident journey, and maintenance best practices. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), change management, and process documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build consensus across diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience 8+ years of project management or consulting experience in IT, Operations, Finance, or Healthcare. Experience supporting executives or leadership teams in a chief of staff or executive administrator capacity. Proven success leading cross-functional system implementations, preferably with Yardi or related healthcare/real estate platforms. Experience coordinating vendor resources and managing enterprise-scale projects in SOX-controlled environments. Seniors Housing, healthcare, or real estate industry experience strongly preferred. Education / Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field. PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
