Senior QAD Consultant – Finance & Controlling (Remote – US Time Zone)

Preferred location: Mexico or South America (Remote) Start date: ASAP Duration: 6 months (Part-time possible) Daily rate: €600/day Languages: Fluent English & Spanish About the Role We are looking for an experienced QAD Consultant with deep expertise in Finance and Controlling modules to support our international operations. The consultant will provide Level 3 support across multiple entities—particularly in Mexico—and play a key role in our upgrade project to QAD version 2024 (currently on 2019). This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and diverse team working across the US, Europe, APAC, and with partners like Infosys. You will be part of a 60-person global QAD team supporting over 3,000 users. Key Responsibilities • Provide expert Level 3 support for QAD Finance & Controlling modules across North America and Latin America. • Support and guide Level 1 and 2 teams (internal and external). • Actively participate in the QAD upgrade project (2019 to 2024). • Troubleshoot and optimize financial flows, costing processes, and production order variances. • Ensure full compliance with Mexico’s financial and electronic invoicing/accounting regulations (e.g., CFDI). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in North America, Europe, and APAC. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of experience as a QAD functional consultant (Finance/Controlling focus). • Proven experience in Level 3 support. • Advanced knowledge of: • QAD cost calculations (standard and average) • Financial flows related to production • Production order variances (usage, rate, methods) • Financial configuration: GL accounts, sub-accounts, masks, cost centers, projects • Reporting tools: analysis codes, cubes, report trees • Familiarity with Mexico-specific legal and fiscal requirements, including: • Electronic invoicing (CFDI) • Electronic accounting • Supplier portals • Strong skills in using QAD Browses • Fluent in English and Spanish • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Experience in international, multi-entity environments is a strong advantage Additional Information • Time zone: Must be available during US working hours • Remote work: Fully remote (preferably based in Mexico or South America) • Opportunity to work with major global teams and high-level stakeholders • Part-time availability can be considered Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $600.00 - $700.00 per day Application Question(s): • Familiarity with Mexico-specific legal and fiscal requirements Language: • Spanish Fluent (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
