This position assists in leading recruiting-related initiatives, projects, manager training, and other activities. Day in the life: In a typical day, a Senior Recruiter can expect to... ?Recruiting and Sourcing: Perform full cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing to develop a well-qualified talent pipeline and diverse slate of candidates for all roles. ?Business Partnership: Partner with stakeholders to anticipate and meet the needs of the organization in regard to identifying and securing top talent. ?Project Management: Oversee projects to continuously improve the recruitment process for hiring managers and candidates. Job Pay & Perks ?Typical starting pay range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota prioritizes work-life balance. Prior Experience & Education ?5-7 years of retail, corporate, social services/nonprofit, and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full cycle recruiting. ?Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and partner relationships ?High school diploma or equivalent required.
