Join Netflix, a leading global entertainment service, as a Senior Researcher on our Ads Product and UX Research team. We're on a mission to build the next generation of advertising business tools, products, and formats, and we're looking for a talented researcher to help us lead the way. As a Senior Researcher, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our advertising experiences and features, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute high-impact research initiatives. In this role, you'll partner with Product, Data Science, Design, Business, and other teams to understand their insights needs and develop, execute, and deliver best-in-class quantitative research. You'll engage with Netflix members and advertisers worldwide to uncover pain points and unmet needs, translating them into actionable business recommendations. You'll also evangelize the role of research and scale practice in environments where a research culture/infrastructure is nascent or competing with other priorities. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker, a creative problem-solver, and an excellent collaborator. You'll need to balance multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize impactful opportunities, and communicate complex insights to diverse technical and non-technical audiences. You'll also need to be comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and change, and be able to make connections between seemingly unrelated ideas. We're looking for someone with demonstrable experience in product research and/or user experience (UX) research, with particular expertise in leading end-to-end quantitative research studies that inform business and product strategy. You should have a strong foundation in statistical concepts, survey methodologies, and data analysis, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and a unique and dynamic work environment. Our compensation structure consists of an annual salary, with the option to choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.
