Develop and maintain a deep understanding of responsible AI practices and stay updated on industry trends and developments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research topics that align with company goals and values. Utilize a variety of research methodologies and techniques to gather and analyze data related to AI technologies. Present research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers on responsible AI principles and practices. Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines related to responsible AI and ensure that all research projects adhere to these standards. Act as a thought leader and represent eBay at industry events and conferences focused on AI and responsible technology. Collaborate with product teams to integrate responsible AI principles into the development and deployment of AI technologies.
