Job Description:
The Security Design team at Disney+ Hotstar is responsible for ensuring the security of our products and services. As a Senior Security Engineer, you will lead a team of security engineers in identifying and mitigating security threats, designing and implementing secure architectures, and promoting a culture of security across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of security engineers in identifying and mitigating security threats
- Design and implement secure architectures for Disney+ Hotstar products and services
- Conduct penetration testing and code reviews to identify vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent security breaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of security across the organization
- Provide security training and awareness programs for employees
- Develop and maintain security metrics and reporting to measure security posture
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on security
- 3+ years of experience in leading security engineering teams
- Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and architectures
- Experience with penetration testing, code reviews, and vulnerability management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
