We’re looking for a Sr. Software Engineer Iwho thrives on solving complex problems, mentoring others, and driving technical excellence. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and improving software that powers our customer experience. This is a high-impact role where your leadership and innovation will shape the future of our technology. What You’ll Do
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software solutions
Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers across teams
Collaborate in agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning
Conduct design and code reviews with a focus on quality and performance
Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems
Drive innovation by applying new technologies with calculated risk
What You Bring
5–8 years of hands-on software development experience
Advanced proficiency in one or more languages: Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, Go, or Python
Ability to collaborate with UX/UI teams to build dynamic, reusable Vue components
Skilled in optimizing Vue-based applications for performance and accessibility across browsers and devices
Strong technical leadership and clear communication skills
Experience designing and troubleshooting innovative applications
Proven ability to mentor others and lead through ambiguity
A growth mindset with resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
Education & Eligibility
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience

Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $135,000 to $170,000 or more depending on experience.
