As a Senior Talent Advisor for the Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you'll play an integral role within our TA organization. In this role you will be a part of a global team within a fast-paced and progressive software company, with a primary focus on the Americas market. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, with a core emphasis on attracting and hiring top sales talent. Your ability to build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across Sales, Professional Services, and Solutions Engineering (SE) will be crucial in understanding and meeting their evolving hiring needs. As a TA Advisor you will: • Partner with GTM (Sales, Professional Services, SE) to strategically align with their hiring objectives and future needs. • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, influencing hiring managers and stakeholders across the Americas region. • Oversee end-to-end candidate evaluation and the offer process, from initial screening to final offer generation, ensuring informed hiring decisions. • Proactively source passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines by leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies. • Maintain data integrity and generate reports for job openings, hires, and post-hires in Workday and GEM. • Collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition teams and the HR organization. • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build pipelines by directly sourcing world-class talent using a variety of tools. • Proactively track market shifts and talent movements to shape sourcing approaches.
