Monitor and analyze global foreign exchange markets to identify potential risks and opportunities for 3M's financial performance.
Develop and implement strategies to manage and mitigate currency risk across the organization.
Execute foreign exchange trades in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
Utilize data analytics to inform decision making and optimize currency trading strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of currency risk management strategies with overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to foreign exchange markets and provide insights to inform decision making.
Prepare and present reports and presentations on currency risk management and performance to senior management.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to FX trading and data analytics.
Act as a subject matter expert on foreign exchange markets and provide guidance and support to other team members.
Represent 3M in external forums and conferences related to foreign exchange and financial risk management.
