What You Will Do
Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma to create intuitive and engaging experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
Develop interactive components with React, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
Create design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency across products and platforms.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and user flows.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the design process.
Ideal Candidate Background
2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with a solid understanding of React for interactive design.
Experience in creating user-centered designs through research and testing methodologies.
Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Preferred
Familiarity with Framer for prototyping and animation.
Experience working in a startup environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design.
Compensation and Benefits
