Senior UI/UX Designer - Data & AI Platform

Join the Future of Data Quality We're seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to revolutionize the user experience of our open-source and cloud platforms. As a key member of our Foundation team, you'll collaborate with a talented group of engineers, product leads, and co-founders to create intuitive, fast, and useful experiences for our users. Your mission: make data quality simple and actionable for thousands of technical B2B users. Responsibilities Own UX/UI design from problem to shipped solution across Soda Cloud and Soda Core Lead user research and usability testing to identify problems and validate solutions Design lo-fi flows, polished UIs, and GenAI-driven chat interfaces that explain and act on data quality issues Collaborate daily with engineers to ship and iterate quickly Audit and improve existing UX flows, evolve our design system, and enhance speed and consistency Drive UX strategy and make meaningful contributions to our product direction Requirements Proven experience building UX for real products used by thousands of technical B2B users Strong skills in Figma, user research, and usability testing Ability to work independently, bring opinions, and care about data and design Excellent communication skills and crisp English writing and speaking abilities Bonus Points Experience with data engineering or data quality tools 5+ years in fast-paced SaaS or devtool environments Shipped developer-focused features (APIs, CLIs, dashboards) Designed LLM-powered or AI-assisted UX OSS experience and STEM degree from a top-tier university (not required) What We Offer A senior role at a fast-growing, VC-backed open-source startup with global traction Fully remote work with in-person team off-sites every 2 months Competitive salary (up to €120K) + equity Full ownership, no micromanagement, and real input into product direction About Us Soda is building the first platform for Data and AI performance monitoring.
