Job Description :
UX Designers on our team are responsible for creating products that are easy to use, intuitive, and enjoyable. We are looking for a talented Sr. Experience Designer who is a dedicated problem solver and understands how to align business strategy with established user-centered design principles. Success in this role will require you to identify the most compelling problems, brainstorm, ideate, evaluate, and implement meaningful solutions. This is an opportunity for you to lead UX projects and apply user-centered design best practices to achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects to identify and prioritize top UX improvement opportunities.
- Develop research plans and coordinate schedules to set clear goals, milestones, and deadlines.
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and compile findings.
- Create diagrams and wireframes to define UX flows and UI design concepts.
- Build prototypes to explore solutions for workflows and micro-interactions.
- Conduct concept testing to evaluate these solutions.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to implement solutions within system constraints and technical capabilities
- Guide software engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their research, design, and leadership skills.
- Foster strong team connections and build trust-based partnerships across the organization
- Collaborate to improve our design system resources and assets, including UX patterns and UI components.
- Expand design system documentation and tools.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional experience leading design projects that create useful, usable, and meaningful experiences.
- Demonstrated success in implementing and maintaining user-centered design practices within stakeholder organizations.
- Skilled in using rapid prototyping tools like Figma.
- Experience with Figma Make and other AI-driven coding tools is a plus.
- Experienced in conducting user research to identify and define problems.
- Familiar with standards documentation and design systems.
- Capable of defining and utilizing product analytics and usage metrics to measure improvements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in technical writing and documentation.
- Experience working within agile development processes is advantageous.
- Holds a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, or a related accredited program.

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
