About the position
Responsibilities
• Ideate and write creative solutions that adhere to the brand vision and brand standards of two Health Plan brands.
• Bring ideas and creative to life with passion and commitment for enterprise-wide campaigns or one-off emails.
• Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with peers and internal business teams.
• Apply deep and demonstrated experience in writing for a broad range of deliverables including OLV, display, print, email, DM, and social.
Requirements
• 5 years overall experience as a writer
• 2 years of experience as a Senior Writer (in-house or external agency)
• Top-notch writing and editing skills, including knowledge of proper punctuation, spelling and grammar
• Ability to lead, generate and support impactful creative writing ideas and executions
• Ability to understand a marketing brief and translate the input into ideas
• Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and presentation skills
• Technical skills including Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and proficiency on a Mac.
Nice-to-haves
• Health care experience
• Proven track record as a Writer with a portfolio of breakthrough creative samples
• Knowledge of digital, print and video production
• Experience working in creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations
• Experience with Figma, Miro and Gen AI.
