Job Summary GBSI is seeking a Senior/Principal SAP UX Expert to advise on and lead UX strategies within the scope of SAP NS2 Services. This role requires extensive SAP Fiori and UX/UI expertise, with a strong background in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) and Discrete Manufacturing environments. The consultant will help shape engaging, user-friendly SAP experiences that align with global design standards while localizing solutions for U.S. deployments. Key Responsibilities Define and lead UX design strategies across process areas, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs. Collaborate with development, product management, partners, and customers to deliver impactful user experiences, serving as the end-user advocate. Translate complex business and technical concepts into intuitive designs that enhance usability and adoption. Stay current with UX design trends, SAP Fiori innovations, and digital design best practices to influence long-term strategy. Present design concepts persuasively to leadership and executives, ensuring buy-in across stakeholders. Contribute to SAP S/4HANA deployment efforts, acting as a Value Stream Lead for U.S. localization. Must Have Aerospace & Defense (A&D) or Discrete Manufacturing experience (Public Sector experience does not apply). Proven role as a Value Stream Lead on a U.S. deployment of a global SAP S/4HANA template. At least 5 years of SAP consulting experience with hands-on SAP Fiori / UX component configuration. Minimum 3 successful full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA v2019 or later. Experience localizing and rolling out global templates to U.S. geographies. Strong facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills for cross-team alignment. Ability to influence design direction and drive adoption in large, complex enterprises. Other Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of professional consulting or equivalent business process industry experience. Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate to executive audiences. Robust portfolio showcasing UX/UI design expertise in SAP Fiori or related enterprise applications. Willingness to travel to client locations as needed for workshops/events. Education Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.
