Job description: Job DescriptionWolfrum Roofing & Exteriors is a full-service exterior contractor headquartered in Delaware, OH. We provide commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing, exteriors, and railing services in Central Ohio and the surrounding areas.Summary:The Service Administrator with accounting experience will work closely with the Service Manager and Accounting Team. The ideal candidate will field phone calls, schedule service crews, process service billings, and input accurate data within our systems.Primary Responsibilities could include:

• Accurately enter and update service billings into accounting systems and databases
• Schedule service calls in conjunction with the Service Manager
• Field customer phone calls
• Follow up with outstanding service billings
• Assist Service Manager with Estimates
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records
• Enter AP/Credit Card transactions into the accounting system
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent and at least an associate degree in accounting or a related field are preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A basic understanding of accounting principles
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with D365
• Familiarity with Foundation accounting software is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Ability to call and receive calls from customers

Experience:

• Accounting A/R Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Construction (Roofing Service) Preferred
• Management Experience a Plus
