We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Lead to join our team at Walgreens India. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving success and delivering exceptional customer experiences during our night shift operations (7 PM to 5 AM). This is an exciting full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of ₹30k/month, based in Haryana, India. Job Summary: We're looking for a talented individual with a strong and diverse skill set to lead our night shift team. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, managing inventory, handling customer transactions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also be expected to model and deliver exceptional customer service, engage with clients and patients, and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
