Scope of Work
Review the website to identify conversion blockers
Evaluate user flow, messaging, and overall on-site experience
Assess traffic quality and user intent (high-level)
Recommend and/or implement high-impact conversion improvements
Provide a clear, prioritized roadmap for long-term optimization
Performance Incentive
In addition to the fixed fee, this role includes 10% commission on sales during the performance period, increasing to 15% if agreed conversion benchmarks are exceeded.
This structure is designed to reward real, measurable results — the more the site performs, the more you earn.
