About the Job
We’re running a high-volume TikTok Shop content operation and are looking for a reliable video editor to handle daily short-form edits and posting .
This is NOT cinematic or creative editing.
The job is simple, repeatable, and systemized:
Cut dead space
Add basic text overlays
Export correctly
Upload to Google Drive
If you like clear instructions, fast work, and consistency, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Be Editing
Vertical TikTok videos (9:16)
Talking-head UGC content
15–30 seconds per video
No fancy effects
No color grading
No sound design
No memes unless instructed
Daily Workload
20–40 short videos per day
All raw footage provided
Clear SOPs + examples included
Your Responsibilities
Remove pauses, mistakes, and dead space
Add simple on-screen text that matches spoken words
Keep pacing fast and clean
Export videos in 1080×1920, 30fps
Upload finished files to Google Drive
Follow naming conventions exactly
What You Will NOT Do
Write scripts
Choose products
Post videos
Communicate with creators
Make creative decisions
This role is execution-only.
Requirements
Experience editing TikTok / Reels / Shorts
Familiar with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
Fast internet connection
Able to handle high volume consistently
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable following strict SOPs
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with TikTok Shop content
Previous UGC editing experience
Based in a low-cost-of-living country (PH, PK, NG, etc.)
Pay
