Sitecore Lead - K-Tek Resourcing LLC

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of Sitecore-based digital solutions. The role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring best practices in Sitecore architecture, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sitecore (9/10+), .NET/C#, Azure, and headless CMS implementations , along with proven leadership and client-facing skills. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Sitecore solution design, development, and deployment. Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to the team. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and clients to define requirements and solutions. Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices in Sitecore implementations. Stay updated on the latest Sitecore features, tools, and industry trends. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience in Sitecore development, with at least 2+ years in a lead/architect role. Expertise in Sitecore 9/10+, SXA, JSS/Headless, and Azure PaaS . Strong skills in .NET, C#, MVC/Web API . Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud deployments. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
