Social Growth Manager

A company developing innovative AI-driven products for the B2C and SaaS markets is looking for a Social Growth Manager (LinkedIn focus) to join the team. This is a fast-growing international startup operating fully remotely and building solutions powered by generative AI and LLM technologies. The team is launching new projects in video analytics and automation, with LinkedIn as the key channel for growth, partnerships, and thought leadership. Responsibilities: Launch and set up LinkedIn accounts from scratch (avatar, cover, bio, warming) Run campaigns and manage regular content in LinkedIn Ghostwriting: threads, reviews, posts, reactive content Coordinate content from team members and external creators Collect newsworthy topics and build weekly content calendars Track reach, ER, CTR and optimize strategies based on results Requirements 1+ year of experience running LinkedIn campaigns for B2B audiences Proven experience working with founders/brands and building personal brands Strong ghostwriting skills and ability to adapt to different styles Understanding of promotion goals (authority, traffic, virality) Analytical mindset and ability to work with metrics English C1+ Nice to have Russian C1+ Experience with X, Reddit or Instagram Benefits Competitive salary depending on your skills and expertise Fully remote work format Work with international founders and audience Opportunity to shape growth strategy and brand presence on LinkedIn
