This is a remote position.
Currently, we are seeking a motivated social media content creator to join our marketing team to support content creation, social media execution, and inbound marketing activities. This role focuses on producing engaging, high-quality content across social platforms, executing marketing strategy, and ensuring consistent brand communication.

Your Duties:
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for:
• Creating engaging posts for social media following strategy and brand guidelines.
• Converting in-depth SEO articles into concise, high-performing short-form content.
• Overseeing content planning, scheduling, and publishing workflows.
• Shooting short-form video and photo content and collaborating with an editor to achieve high-quality results.
• Coordinating design production and creative assets with the designer.
• Analyzing performance through reporting and trend tracking to refine content strategy.
• Supporting advertising-related content and campaign materials when needed.
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Proven B2B experience, ideally within fintech, legal, or similar industries.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (B2/C1).
• Strong understanding of Meta and LinkedIn platforms.
• Ability to execute independently from strategic direction and frameworks.
• Close attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical and numbers-savvy mindset, skilled in reporting and strategy optimization.
• Refined editorial judgment and a strong sense of content quality standards
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media and content work.
• Experience working on advertising content and campaigns.
• Agency-based work experience is preferred.
• Must be able to create high-quality short-form video content.
