Social Media & Growth Marketing Manager (Remote, Part-Time) Overview We are building a growing fintech brand in the payments space and are looking for a hands-on marketing manager to help grow awareness, authority, and inbound interest. This is not just a “posting” role. We’re looking for someone who understands growth, engagement, and momentum — someone who can help build a brand from early stage to industry authority. This is a flexible, remote, part-time position with long-term upside. ⸻ What You’ll Own 1️⃣ Social Media Growth Manage and grow presence on: • LinkedIn • X (Twitter) • Facebook • Instagram • TikTok • Reddit (engagement, not spam) Responsibilities include: • 3–5 high-quality posts per week • Repurposing content across platforms • Writing thought-leadership threads • Creating short-form video clips (Reels / TikTok / Shorts) • Monitoring engagement and responding to comments & DMs • Identifying trending conversations relevant to our industry ⸻ 2️⃣ Content & Authority Building • Help shape positioning and messaging • Write short blog posts or long-form LinkedIn content • Create educational graphics using Canva • Turn ideas into clear, engaging content • Help build an email list through lead magnets ⸻ 3️⃣ Community Engagement & Brand Visibility • Identify relevant online communities • Engage in conversations naturally • Surface potential opportunities for the sales team • Build brand presence without being promotional or spammy ⸻ 4️⃣ Light Paid Media & Optimization • Assist with small Google or social ad campaigns • Help monitor performance metrics • Suggest experiments and improvements We are open to new tools and ideas that improve scale. ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Experience managing social media accounts • Strong writing and storytelling ability • Comfortable creating basic short-form video content • Familiar with Canva or similar tools • Self-starter who can work independently • Growth-oriented mindset Nice to have (not required): • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B marketing • Experience growing LinkedIn accounts • Familiarity with email marketing platforms • Basic understanding of analytics ⸻ Time & Compensation • 10–20 hours per week • Hourly pay (based on experience) • Long-term growth potential as brand expands ⸻ What Success Looks Like • Consistent posting cadence • Growing engagement and followers • Clear brand voice • Increasing inbound interest • Content that sparks conversation ⸻ To Apply Please send: 1.
