Social Media & Marketing Assistant We are looking for an experienced freelance Social Media & Marketing Assistant to work with us Monday through Friday for approximately 20–30 hours per week. This position has the potential to become full-time within one month. Responsibilities: Create, edit, schedule, and publish approximately three posts per day Edit short-form and long-form videos Write captions, long-form content, and email marketing copy Conduct keyword, hashtag, competitor, and content research Manage the content calendar and repurpose content across platforms Help respond to messages, follow up with leads, and track performance The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, proactive, dependable, and experienced in social media management, video editing, copywriting, email marketing, and lead generation. This is an hourly freelance position. We are not looking for a social media agency. We want an individual freelancer who can work closely with our team and potentially transition into a full-time role.
