--- Project Description ---
These resources are needed to continue to work on Phase II of the
PARTS project, which is focused on re-designing the current antiquated
Mainframe solution for the Lottery Application and replacing it with a
new Oracle based solution.
--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
1. Studies the software application domain, prepares software
requirements, and specification documents. Liaises between the
software users and the software developers. Conveys the demands of
software users to the developers including general system design,
coordination of changes, and unit and integration testing of programs,
as well as guidance and mentoring of other staff.
Software Developer
Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.
Expert 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
--- Required Qualifications ---
84 months experience working directly with Oracle 12c or higher. Experience
to include PL/SQL, Functions, Stored Procedures, Table handling, and
Tuning. business rules
84 months experience performing application development work using
PL/SQL.
60 months experience performing development work using Oracle
Application Express building web-based database application system.
60 months experience monitoring a 24/7 production schedule of
approximately 250 jobs a month. Respond to communications from
production control staff and resolve any operational problems
60 months experience creating production environment runbooks using a
shell scripting tool with Perl scripting preferred.
