- Experience working on products that scaled to a large user base
- Track record of working on various products from inception to decent traction

- Product thinking and evolution of product
- Speed and knowing how to decide which things can ship now and what things need time
- Focus and ability to engage or be heads down in a high-growth startup
- Technical skills in Swift, SwiftUI, Multithreading Programming, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, Git, and different Git strategies
