Solutions Design Owner

About the position Responsibilities • Identify, analyze, and evaluate strategies and initiatives that deliver significant impact to business priorities. • Collaborate with team architects, project managers, and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives. • Develop Proofs of Concept (POC) to validate new solutions and implementation approaches. • Lead customer network and systems testing to ensure solution quality and alignment with user needs. • Document the overall technical solution architecture and requirements, and present demonstrations to customers and stakeholders. • Serve as a technical mentor and subject matter expert, providing peer reviews and fostering knowledge sharing. • Partner with PMO team members to ensure solutions are within scope and enable on-time delivery of engagements. • Continuously enhance skill set and product knowledge to remain at the forefront of technology and industry trends. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. • Six or more years of relevant experience, including work or military experience, or specialized training. • Experience designing, architecting, and developing interfaces and solutions for scalable, distributed networks. • Familiarity with software defined networking, 5G network interaction, APIs, and information security. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to convert complex product requirements into technical solutions. • Ability to communicate complex business and technical topics effectively to all levels of the organization. Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant engineering disciplines. • Two or more years of experience developing and implementing business strategies. • Two or more years of experience incorporating customer-focused design thinking into problem solving.
