Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist

They are seeking a Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist to support their sales hiring function by sourcing talent and coordinating the recruitment process. Responsibilities Source passive candidates for Account Executive and other revenue-driving roles Personalize and send outbound messages that stand out in a crowded inbox Manage and maintain candidate pipelines using our ATS (Greenhouse) Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across candidates and hiring teams Ensure a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer Partner closely with the Manager of Talent to prioritize and drive hiring efforts Support recruitment reporting and metrics tracking Skills 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, either in-house at a tech company or at an agency supporting SaaS/tech clients Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse experience is a bonus) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Bonus: experience hiring for sales or GTM roles Benefits Stock options Extended health and benefits package with unlimited paid vacation RRSP matching Company Overview CoLab is a cloud based platform for engineering design review.
