Job Description:
• Manage rent collection processes with a focus on Class C property complexities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including P&L and balance sheets.
• Oversee rent payments, vendor payments, and financial reconciliations.
• Conduct cost analysis and support forecasting and financial modeling.
• Lead budgeting processes and monitor ongoing financial performance.
• Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial data flow within Rent Manager, including system setup, reporting, and automated workflows.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections while balancing empathy and financial discipline.
• Present financial projections and strategic insights to support operational decision-making.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated, hands-on expertise in Rent Manager (system navigation, reporting, bank reconciliation, tenant ledgers, owner statements, financial modules, etc.)
• Spanish proficiency.
• Strong background in accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience in property management accounting or real estate financial operations.
• Understanding of Class C property financial challenges and collection strategies.
• Experience working with automated accounting systems and financial tools.
